KCQ - Corporate Governance Statement

I found it interesting that my company stated in its Corporate Governance Statement the percentage of their workforce who are female.  I wondered whether this is a requirement per the likes of the AASB or was this a point of interest my company wanted to mention?

    Hi Josh,
    Hmm, that's quite interesting. Maybe it's a part of their diversity policy, and it's something they are proud of? I sure hope it was a decent percentage.
